Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

AppDepot provides tools that help businesses run parts of their operations — for example, PlumbQuote AI provides instant quoting, lead capture, and online booking for home-service contractors, and other AppDepot products provide their own respective functionality. Features vary by Service and plan and may change over time.

Paid Services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing intervals (monthly or annual), and any free-trial length are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.

You can cancel at any time through your account or the customer billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated on cancellation.

We may change prices or plan features. For active subscriptions, price changes apply to the next renewal, and we will provide reasonable notice where required.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Data as necessary to provide and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the pricing, quotes, availability, and other information you configure, and for your communications and transactions with your own customers. Quotes, prices, and estimates generated through the Services are provided by you to your customers; AppDepot is not a party to those transactions.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Data, including any information about your own customers or end users, and that your use of the Services complies with applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law or third-party right; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts; interfering with or disrupting the Services; scraping or reverse-engineering except as permitted by law; or using the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.

The Services, including all software, design, and content provided by AppDepot (excluding Customer Data), are owned by AppDepot or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services rely on and may integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe, Supabase, and email delivery services. Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms, and AppDepot is not responsible for third-party services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that quotes or estimates generated will be accurate for any particular situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppDepot and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the applicable Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppDepot from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Services, your transactions with your customers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to AppDepot, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
